ICC @ Cavite MSME Business Conference
ICC, represented by Administrative Coordinator Mrs. Arlyn Dongallo, Administrative Coordinator Mrs. Charo Alera, Branch Coordinator Mrs. Arnie Sanarez, Branch Coordinator Mrs. Lucia Encarnacion and four ICC Entrep students, attended the Cavite MSME (Medium, Small, and Micro Enterprises) Business Conference last November 29, 2016 at the Hotel Dominique, Tagaytay City. The theme of the conference was "Business Resiliency: A Key to Strong and Competitive MSMEs".
The following spoke during the event:
1. Mr. Alvin Mojica, Cavite Provincial Cooperative Livelihood and Entrepreneurial Development Office Head. He gave the welcome address.
2. Ms. Teresita Leabres, Cavite Small & Medium Enterprises Development Council Chairperson. She gave an overview of the conference.
3. Ms. Blesila Lantayona, Assistant Secretary of the Department of Trade & Industry (DTI - Regional Operations Group). She outlined the DTI programs that wil help entrepreneurs.
4. Mr. Julian Cedric David, Medlink Emergency Medical Services Director. He talked about Disaster Mitigation for MSMEs.
5. Mr. Johner Fernandez, President & CEO of LifeWithAPlus Learning Resources, Inc. He talked about Business Resiliency and Continuity
6. Ms. Sandra Sanchez-Montano, Founder of Community Health Education Emergency Rescue Services (CHEERS) Corporation. She shared her experiences as an entrepreneur.
7. Ms. Jenielyn Padernal, Director of De La Salle Dasmarinas' Center for Innovative Learning Program. She discussed the proper way of using Technology and Electronic in the Business.
8. Mr. Noli Guevarra, Provincial Director DTI Cavite. He gave the closing remarks.
